Rosemary Beach anchors 30A's east end with West Indies architecture, a cobblestone town square, and the road's second famous walkable center. Pick it for polish with a bit more evening energy than Alys.
Rosemary Beach is the east end's answer to Seaside: a fully realized planned town, but in a darker, West Indies key of deep porches, shutters, and cobbled lanes that feel almost European at dusk. The town green runs to the dunes, and the streets around it hold enough restaurants, coffee, and shops that many guests never move their car.
It is a trademarked development with a strong owner community, and its carriage houses, small rentals over garages, are one of the road's best-kept booking secrets for couples: town-center location without the big-house rate.
